Shipping policy

Welcome to Crea With Gaby’s Shipping Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). By placing an order, you agree to the policies below.

 

1) Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing time: Orders typically ship within 3 - 10 business days unless otherwise noted on the website's homepage or product page (pre-orders or custom items may take longer).

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. In these unfortunate circumstances, you may have to pay extra costs to deliver your package to the correct address.

 

2) Shipping Methods, Costs & Tracking

Carriers:

  • We ship with FedEx to the USA
  • Both An Post and FedEx are available for customers in Europe
  • We use AnPost for the rest of the world

We may opt for different carriers depending on the situation, including high-value orders. If you have a strong preference or would like to use a different shipping method, email us at info@creawithgaby.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Rates: We’re always working hard to keep shipping costs affordable yet reliable. Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight, and are as provided by our carrier.

Tracking: A tracking number (where available) is emailed when your order leaves our studio.

Stickers free shipping: We offer free shipping on all our sticker sheets (outside the USA). These are sent through lettermail post (untracked) to keep costs down.

 

3) Customs, Duties, Taxes & Handling Fees (General)

International orders may be subject to import VAT/GST, customs duties, and carrier handling fees charged by your local customs office or the delivery company.

Unless you are in the USA, these fees are paid by the customer and are outside our control. Refusal to pay may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed by customs; in such cases, no refunds can be issued.

 

4) United States Shipping

Service status: Shipping to the USA remains uninterrupted following the recent tariff changes. Packages shipped from the EU to the U.S. are currently subject to a 15% tariff

We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to U.S. customers, allowing duties/taxes to be calculated and paid at checkout. 

We currently use FedEx for all our USA shipping.

 

5) United Kingdom Shipping (How VAT & Duty Work)

Orders up to and including £135 (total consignment value): UK VAT is included and charged at checkout and remitted by us — you should not be charged VAT again on delivery. GOV.UK

Orders over £135: Import VAT (and any customs duty) is collected by the delivery company before the parcel is handed over. In this case, VAT is deducted from the retail price at checkout. Carrier handling fees may also apply. GOV.UK

 

6) Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows vary per country and carrier. Estimated times will be displayed at acheckout. These estimates exclude customs processing delays, weather events, and carrier backlogs.

Once handed to the carrier, transit times and customs clearance are outside our control.

 

7) Lost or Damaged in Transit

Please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll help file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

 

8) Changes & Exceptions

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in law, tariffs, or carrier policies. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase applies to your order.
