Refund policy
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the items received, it is possible to return them.
If you want to return an item, please first send an email to info@creawithgaby.com indicating:
- The order number (starting with #)
- The item or items you’d like to return
This must be done within 30 days after receiving your package. After you have received a reply to your e-mail, you have another 14 days to ship the products back to:
63 Ballycullen Green, Oldcourt Road. D24 NC8W, Dublin, Ireland.
Please ensure that you pay the correct postage price. If the postage price is insufficient, the remaining postage costs will be deducted from the amount credited to your account.
We will then refund the amount including the shipping costs (if applicable, unless it’s a partial return) within 14 days after receiving the product(s) back, provided that the product(s) has been returned in good order.
We do not accept returns under the following circunstances:
- We will not accept any returns if the items are used, damaged, or if we didn’t have e-mail contact. We only accept returns of products unopened, in their original packaging.
- We will not accept cancellations for orders which have been placed to hold and combine.
- We will not accept cancellations of orders as a result of unexpected customs fees, tariffs or import taxes. The customer is responsible for this and accepts this responsibility when placing their order.
- Digital files: due to the nature of these products, there is no exchange or refunds on digital products.
