What happens after I place an order?

This is what happens when you purchase with us:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation via email
  2. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order is dispatched
  3. If you have selected tracked shipping, you will receive a track & trace link to monitor when your package arrives 

How fast will you ship my order?

Generally, processing time varies from 5 to 10 business days. Some products (like mystery boxes and order made-to-order items might take a little longer and we will let you know if that's the case).

Who is responsible for damages or loss during the shipment?

We are responsible for loss, damage to the package or the content, when tracked shipping is selected. In other words, shipping is our responsibility until the parcel reaches your doorstep.

If you have selected untracked shipping, we are not responsible for damages or loss during the shipment.

What should I do if a package is taking too long to arrive?

If you selected tracked shipping, we will provide the track & trace link for every shipping. Please check your shipping confirmation email, and contact the carrier if needed.

If you selected untracked shipping, please contact the carrier directly for help as we will have no visibility on the package.
