What happens after I place an order?

This is what happens when you purchase with us:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation via email
  2. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order is dispatched
  3. If you have selected tracked shipping, you will receive a track & trace link to monitor when your package arrives 

Do you ship to the United States?

Shipping to the USA remains uninterrupted following the recent tariff changes. Packages shipped from the EU to the U.S. are currently subject to a 15% tariff

We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to U.S. customers, allowing duties/taxes to be calculated and paid at checkout. 

We currently use FedEx for all our USA shipping.

How does UK VAT work on my order?

  • Products with a value up to £135: UK VAT is charged at checkout; you shouldn’t be charged VAT again on delivery.
  • Over £135: Import VAT (and any duty) is collected by the delivery company before delivery. Carrier handling fees may apply.

Who pays customs, duties, and taxes outside the UK?

Unless you see DDP at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier before delivery.

How long does processing take?

Most orders ship within 3–10 business days. Pre-orders or custom items may take longer (see product page).

Will I get tracking?

Yes—tracking is emailed when your order leaves our studio (where available for your service/destination). The exception to this are:

  • Tier 1 & tier 2 subscriptions, which are sent untracked
  • Sticker orders with free shipping, which are sent untracked

Can you combine orders?

Yes. Email us at info@creawithgaby.com as soon as the order is placed, with your order number. Once shipped, orders can't be combined.

What if I refuse to pay duties/taxes or my parcel is unclaimed?

Parcels may be returned or destroyed by customs. In these cases, no refunds apply.

My order arrived damaged or seems lost—what do I do?

Email info@creawithgaby.com within 7 days of the marked delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll help file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best—contact us ASAP with the correct address. Once shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed.
