The short version

  • All USA orders now ship with DHL.
  • Tariffs & import duties are prepaid (DDP). No surprise fees on delivery.
  • Faster delivery: typically within 2-5 business days.
  • Postage to the USA has increased to support the improved service. 

Why the change?

To give you a better, more reliable experience, we’ve moved USA shipping to DHL.

What’s changing exactly?

  1. Carrier: DHL for all USA shipments.
  2. Duties & tariffs: We now collect and remit them in advance (Delivered Duty Paid).
  3. Speed: Most orders arrive within 5 business days once dispatched (although please note that delays might occur as a result of US customs processing).

Shipping rates

To provide this better service through DHL, USA postage fees have increased.
We’re grateful for our USA customers and are absorbing some of the increase on our side as well.

Not in the USA?

  • We’ll continue to ship worldwide with An Post.
  • You’ll also see DHL as an option at checkout if you’d like faster delivery.
